Shipping policy
Free shipping to the lower 48 states
Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. There is no shipping charge at checkout and no freight surcharge.
Where we do not ship
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and we do not ship outside the United States. Checkout will not accept an address in those areas.
How it ships
The splitter ships by standard parcel carrier from our warehouse in Whittier, California, not by freight. That means no delivery appointment, no liftgate and no terminal pickup. It arrives like any other package, one box per machine.
The box is 39 × 21 × 14 inches and weighs 103 lb (RCV8) or 105 lb (RCV8+). The carrier will leave it at your door or in your usual delivery spot. Have a hand truck or a second person ready to move it from there. Once unpacked, the 93 lb machine is a one-person lift onto a bench.
Timing
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same day, and every order ships within 1 business day. We ship by FedEx Ground. Transit time after the box leaves Whittier, California:
- California, Nevada, Arizona: 1–2 business days
- Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico: 2–3 business days
- Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas: 3–4 business days
- Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama: 4–5 business days
- All other states and Washington, DC: 5 business days
We email you a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the box.
Damage in transit
Check the box when it arrives. If it is damaged, or the machine inside is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the machine or refund you in full and we cover the shipping. Keep the box and packing material until we have seen the photos.
